EXPERIENCE
Mr. Lewis' past practice has included representation of hospitals, hotels, real estate developers, lending institutions, manufacturers, general contractors and other businesses in complex litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels.
Mr. Lewis' representative defense victories include an arbitration award on behalf of sellers of manufacturing businesses sued for fraud and breach of contract; summary judgment on behalf of a hotel operator sued for specific performance of a real property purchase agreement; a judgment on behalf of an entertainment/media industry client sued for conversion and unfair competition.
Mr. Lewis' representative plaintiff victories include a unanimous jury award against a corporate president for misuse of corporate funds; summary judgment in a malicious prosecution action against a former opposing attorney and his clients; and a bench judgment, including treble damages, in favor of a landowner for a neighbor's trespass.
