Founder, Attorney at Law
I became a lawyer to help people. Whether I am protecting my clients’ First Amendment rights or persuading an appellate court that a jury’s verdict was unjust, all of my work comes down to leveraging the legal system to help people solve problems.
- I have obtained dismissals of lawsuits for people who were sued for speaking out their minds.
- I have achieved case reversals on behalf of trial lawyers whose cases were prematurely dismissed.
- I have gone to trial and arbitration to enforce important contract and property rights.
Litigation is not always the answer. We frequently advise clients to avoid the uncertainty of litigation. But when do choose to litigate, we optimize our representation to increase our odds of winning and decrease disruption of our clients’ lives.
We do not accept every case. When we do accept a case, we work tirelessly on their behalf to solve their legal problems.
