Berry Creek residents sue Butte County Board of Supervisors over fire station closures.

Several Berry Creek residents are suing the Butte County Board of Supervisors for allegedly violating the Brown Act.

The plaintiffs say the board did not adequately inform county residents when it took a vote in December to close fire stations in three burn scar communities for the winter.
